We can also combine multiple courses into a training weekend or multi-day program to make the most of your facility, staff availability, and training needs.

Every facility is different, so we design our partnerships to be flexible. We can work around your pool schedule, classroom availability, staffing needs, and other programming whenever possible.

Trant Training brings the instructional and aquatic training equipment needed for our courses, including presentation equipment and course supplies. Depending on the course, we may ask to use facility equipment such as backboards or rescue tubes.

In many partnerships, we can also open unused course spaces to participants from the surrounding community. Trant Training can advertise available public spots through our own registration platform and applicable American Red Cross course listings.

Depending on enrollment and the partnership structure, we may also be able to provide complimentary or discounted training opportunities for facility staff.

Fully Insured

Trant Training is fully insured and can provide proof of insurance to partner facilities upon request. We understand that schools, universities, clubs, camps, and aquatic facilities may have specific insurance requirements, and we are happy to work with your organization to provide the documentation needed as part of the partnership process.

Trant Training manages the registration process from start to finish.

Facilities can choose the option that works best for them. We can provide a private registration password and discount code so staff members can register individually, or the facility can send us participant names, email addresses, and phone numbers and we can register the group on their behalf.

We also handle participant communication, including:

• Course expectations and prerequisites

• Schedule and location information

• What participants need to bring

• Required forms or documentation

• Access to online Blended Learning content when applicable

• Pre-course reminders and instructions

For courses that include online learning, participants typically receive their course access and instructions in advance so they have adequate time to complete the required material before the in-person portion of the course.
