Lifeguarding
PART 1: Swim - Tread - Swim Sequence without Stopping :
Jump in deep water, surface, swim 150 yards front crawl and/or breast stroke, tread 2 minutes with only feet, swim 50 yards front crawl and/or breast stroke.
Part 2: Weight Retrieval:
Start in water, swim 20 yards, retrieve 10 lb weight from 7-10' feet of water, swim back 20 yards using feet only while two hands hold weight on chest, put weight on deck and jump out of water in 90 seconds.
Waterfront Lifeguarding

Jump in deep water, surface, swim 500 yards front crawl and/or breast stroke, tread 2 minutes with only feet, swim 50 yards front crawl and/or breast stroke.*

Wilderness Remote First Aid
CPR is a prerequisite for this class.
