Refunds

Trant Traning Refund Policy

It is not my intention to make money from people who do not complete a class; yet, there are considerable cost to running a class from renting a pool to equipment.  Therefore it is my practice to refund as follows:

100 % refund for cancellations 1 week prior to class.

75% refund for cancellations within 1 week of class.

75% refund for anyone who does not pass the prerequisite swim.

50% refund for anyone who does not pass the class.

Participants who are ill will be offered an available class in a upcoming class offered by Trant Training.
